Actually the weight your at now is a healthy weight. But if you still want to lose weight the healthy way (by not starving yourself) you probablly loose two pounds a week.Which means around 8-10lbs If your lucky because your already small...good luck!!:)

so i recently moved to florida (like 2 months ago) and ive been really stressed out; which has been causing me to gain weight and break out. does anybody have some thigh/ab workouts that dont like kill you and a good diet plan? im 5'9 and 148 right now. (i'm 15) i wanna get to the 130s within the next few months. what do you think the most weight i could loose by november . . 20th?

also how do you get rid of cellulite? i get it on the back of my thighs when i sit down and its soo embarassing. . thanks! :]
