Actually the weight your at now is a healthy weight. But if you still want to lose weight the healthy way (by not starving yourself) you probablly loose two pounds a week.Which means around 8-10lbs If your lucky because your already small...good luck!! -- ~~~~~~~~~~~ I can say the most ranDUMB things at times and i amaze myself ;] trying to wait til' i get married. <3

so i recently moved to florida (like 2 months ago) and ive been really stressed out; which has been causing me to gain weight and break out. does anybody have some thigh/ab workouts that dont like kill you and a good diet plan? im 5'9 and 148 right now.
