Thats because it is. haha.
Its a place that is mainly about discussing struggles with dperession, self harm, etc. but it can't be the only thing we talk about here. ya know? It'd become on very depressing thread if we did.
In the very first post for this thread I wrote:
"You can come here just to talk about it and get something off your chest.
You can come here to distract yourself, or keep yourself busy when you have an urge too.
You can talk about past self-harm.
And you ESPECIALLY can come here to talk about how you deal, cope, and how you pull through dark moments when all you can think of is self-harm. "

It seems like this forum is becoming one where you just say how you are.
Example:
The Way She Feels wrote "I had my first vocal lesson today"
But that really has nothing to do with self-harm.

How has everyone been doing?
Myself- I did self harm about a week ago, but I don't consider it a huge failure-rather something to relfect on and learn from. I had been doing really well, and had gone without a relapse for a month.
I know some people might just see things like this as another fall or just one more reason to stop trying, but....I'm able to go really long periods of time (like months) without self-harm now...somewhere I never thought I would be. And that really gives me hope that sometime in the future, I'll never even have to think of it again. :] <3

So how is everyone today?
I'm good.
I have my first vocal lesson today and its gonna be awesome. That and I'm texting this incredible guy who I like and who likes me, and he makes me sooo happy. haha. :]
