I've learned:
if you settle for less than you deserve, you will get even less than you settled for.
no matter how hard you try, some people will never be sorry, but thats okay, because they don't have to be sorry to forgive them.
no matter what, someone will ALWAYS love you, even if it's not the person you want it to be.
best friends are more vauable than anything.
and most of all, love wins.

Yeah, i use TreSemme. Really good, well atleast for my hair. I used to use aussie, which is good aswell. Biolage is really good yet really expensive, but it all depends.

I would invest in a good salon shampoo. I use Biolage Smoothing Shampoo. It works really well, it helps to get rid of frizz, and basically makes you're life easier when you go to straighten it. A good doupe for it would be Pantene's Nature Fusion Smooth Vitality Shampoo.

Sleeping with you're hair in ponytail can stress your hair and case it damage. So if you can break that habit you're hair will love you for it, but i know some people can't sleep without their hair being pulled away from their face.

I use BedHead shampoo and conditioner. Works WONDERS.
I use the orange one for adding nutrients and vitamins to your hair, and I'm serious, it works amazing.
It leaves my hair soft, voolumized, stregnthend, and really awesome smelling.

i use herbal essences hydralicious. they come for all different types of hair and hair issues, & they smell sooo good! & they're pretty bottles hah, & they have these fun facts on the back. like, the average person spends 2 weeks of their life kissing, haha.
