Personally I don't think eyeliner looks good on anyone. It hides people's pretty eyes.

oh and about the eyeliner black is fine for anyone but maybe try dark brown or regular brown if ur not so comfortable with black

i think brown would be better. my friend is a redhead and we tried black eyeliner on her and it didnt work [she also has really pale skin so that depends] but brown or brown-black would look good (:

Also, you could use a light brown too, because even though I have brown hair, it always looks super pretty on anyone! =]
