well i just recently shaped my eyebrows, and i waxed them. but i only use a razer for the top, it works but you have to pluck them a lot. or you can take them off completely and use eyebrow pencil.

Go to the salon tell them your problem, get them waxed, plucked, or threaded. I get mine wax, and the pain really isn't bad after your use to it.

you can't just not have eyebrows... don't shave them! I've never heard of anyone doing that & it's a horrible idea, please don't. I think going to get them shaped is the best way to go. since you think they're too big for you to pluck yourself, get them done & when the hairs start to grow in again, you already have the natural shape so just get rid of the ones growing in yourself, it will be much easier.

Plucking is the way to go. Seriously. Well, I would. It's a bit painful, but totally worth it, and free! Does your mom take care of her eyebrows? Like are they shaped, but not crazily thin? You could ask here to pluck your eyebrows, because once you start plucking, you start going "oh, and this one, and this one, OOH! and these ones!" lol. that's how i ended making mine a bit too thin. So be wary of that.
Waxing isn't bad either. If you have super sensitive skin, it is a POSSIBILITY that your skin will be irritated/temporarily damaged. I know someone who has had that happen to them. So think about it first.

Haha, please don't shave them (read Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging, then you'll get why I'm laughing.) :P

Your skin shouldn't rip off from waxing... that's just ridiculous. Get them waxed.
DO NOT SHAVE OFF YOUR EYEBROWS. You will SO regret it. Bushy eyebrows are better... atleast you can shape them & make them thinner. You can't do anything with no eyebrows.
If you won't wax, take the time to pluck them. You don't have to make them thin thin, just make them less bushy. I pluck when I'm too lazy to go get them waxed haha. As long as you don't overdo it it'll be fine.
Waxing at a salon is your best idea though.

DO NOT shave them!
They will look like a mans. My cousin did that...
And that was when she was 12, and now she's 19. Don't shave them.
Get them waxed. Your skin will not rip off. It will trun redder then other peoples, but won't come off.
Plucking hurts (I think)
I think waxing is the best way to go.
I have mine waxed =)
There nice.
Well, not now cause there growing back. Imma get them done again soon though =)

I think you should go to a salon the first time, because sometimes, eyebrow hair doesn't grow back....It's really easy take out too much hair and make your eyebrows look too thin. If you already have really thick brows, a super thin look probably wouldn't work out..
Professionals will know what shape to make it. And then after that, you can keep it up. If you have sensitive skin, try threading.

first of all do not shave them.
second you skin will not rip off and it doesnt matter how big they are you can always pluck them.

if i were you i would go to a salon and explain to them that you want them smaller. they will be able to fix them, thats their job.

well, if you wanna wax then u shld put babypowder on ur skin before, so the wax sticks to the hair and the powder, not the skin. myne were bad too, but after about 15 minutes of prestegious (sp?) plucking, they turned out pretty. so i suggest taking the time to pluck. i think its safer then waxing because it takes longer for them to grow back when u wax em

Eyebrows

May 14, 2009 4:06 PM

Well, I hate my eyebrows. They're seriously huge and bushy and gross.
I have bangs to cover them, but my bangs got cut too short and uneven(that's the last time I ever try to trim them myself =.= things usually go so well though!!)
So anyways,
I want my eyebrows gone. Or atleast, a lot smaller.
I can't wax them. My skin is really fragile and will just rip off with the hair.
They're too big to pluck.
So I was thinking, either shaving them or buying an eyebrow concealer..I know that theatre bands sell them, I just don't know where to get it at.
I would just shave them(I have a friend who does that) but I'm worried I might regret it later on..but oh well.
I also think not having eyebrows might be a little embarrassing but I would feel a lot better having none then having monstrous ones haha.
So, any suggestions? =/
