sometimes, i can't help but judge people. stupid stereotypes make it a whole lot easier too. but i try my hardest to get to know them before i judge them, and then try to love them, even if we butt-heads.
--
I've learned:
if you settle for less than you deserve, you will get even less than you settled for.
no matter how hard you try, some people will never be sorry, but thats okay, because they don't have to be sorry to forgive them.
no matter what, someone will ALWAYS love you, even if it's not the person you want it to be.
best friends are more vauable than anything.
and most of all, love wins.

i do that too lol but what hepls me is to think well ok i have lots of flaws to...so does everyone. and so then it doesnt reallly seem so important anymore to judge |

nahh i dont really do that but i do do something similar
like, when i first meet a person i'll usually decide within the first 10 minutes of i like them or not
there are some personality traits i will just not put up with
ive always been quick with decisions
im not saying that im 100% right all the time, i'll admitt i have been wrong about some people in which case they turned out to be amazing people but for the most part i tend to be correct on wether or not i truly do like the person
anyway
there really isnt anyway to get over that
try giving people the benefit of the doubt
my mom always said to trust everyone until given a reson not to
of course this has nothing to do with the situation lol but just think about this when you start to do that
dont assume anything about anyone until you have actually taken the time to talk to them and gotten to know them a little better

and i do know that to actually point them out verbally is unchristian bcuz thoughts become actions, and actions becum habits, so i dont want this to become a major issue which is why im being open about it and asking for help

I am a christian but christians still have issues and this is one of mine. It is something i need to work on, and i know it is an issue. So it is not like im being mean or unchristian, it is just human sun nature to think that way, and its not like christians are immune. I am trying to improve how I act by asking for help, which is the only way (praying/help) that i can fix it...

Does any1 else have a LOT of trouble not judging people? It is so hard for me when someone walks by that i dont know or like not to think mean thoughts and point out their flaws in my head.... any1 have the same problem or know a way that I can work on this? thanks -- I love Jesus!
