if you want, you can try it without ur period...but if you do that, you'd have to take it out right away, and that will hurt big time, cuz the tampon absorbs all the wetness down there.

um, i would try a lite the first time b/c it's smaller, and then the next time try a regular and c which one u think worked better, and i use tampax pearl

get tampax pearl regular. Im guessing u dont have an extremely lite flow cuz u would know if u did cuz it would be barely any, and u probly dont have an extremely heavy flow cuz u would know that too, so regulars are good. then once u master the regulars, u can decide if u need a bigger or smaller absorbency, or maybe u just need to stay there. So get the regulars and if those fill up in less than 2 hours move up to super, and if the regulars arent full in 2 hours, then just stick with those and leave them in for however much longer they need to fill ( as long as its no longer thn 8 hours) If the regulars arent full in 8 hours, then get lites.

if you have a heavy flow get super if you have a regular get regular if you have a light get lights

very simple
