Goodness no dont use scissors....u could really hurt yourself.

I know youve probably gotten it out, but these are some instructions to help anybody else. I had to do this for my cousin. Its possible to do it on your own too.

Get a towel. Put some pillows in front of the headboard on your bed. Put the towel under you. Lay back on the pillows as if you were giving birth. Take a deep breath in and out (in through your nose out through your mouth), as you do so relax every muscle below your waiste. And then push as you blow out, like you are giving birth. Use your middle finger and your pointer finger and as you push try to grab the tampon. Once you've grabbed it gently pull it out.

This works well, I helped my cousin do it, because I was not about to stick my finger up her...lol. But if for some reason this doesnt work you need to go to the doctor, they have a rubber utensil they use to get it out.

well if u cant get it call any type of girl relative ... if u cant reach it with using a tool siscsors tweezer etc.... face it u will have to tell a relative cuz if u have it on fo more than 8 hours u can gett tss. are u using a playtex product my mom was using playtex twice when hers broke. u mite have to go to the docter or gyno. u wont die but as muck u dont want to tell anyone u will have to... unless u can drive or walk to docter.
