So far, I've only used pads. They are OK, but not great. I really want to try tampons even w/ all the risks and the interference w/ natural flows. I think its worth it if I'm carefel. I'm also thinking about a menstrual cup. But...idk.
Overall, pads bc I haven't tried tampons yet...LOL! But I'm hoping to like tampons and MAYBE a cup...ok that didn't really help much....lol
