both. i use pads when i go to sleep and if im out of tampons.. and when i have really heavy periods i use pads.

most def tampon.
i guarentee that most of the people that have said pad are because they have never tried a tampon before. its unbelievably better. anyone who hasent tried them should for sure.

Pads ... believe it or not they're actually more comfortable for me because tampons make my cramps a lot worse

personally i like tampons better. ive had my period for nine years now and i just feel more comfortable in them. pads are bulky and you cant feel everything down there when you wear them.
