Do bananas really help?

Anyway,
take Advil and use a heating pad.
Or you could take a hot bath.

I take meds that prevents me from taking any pain killers but tylenol It worked 4 midol helps too

ok my friends sister is a nurse and she told me if u dont have medicine or bananas take a blanket or somethin and lay down and wrap it around ur stomach and it shud loppsin them up cuz of the heat --  -i dont have time for childish people. -i have nothing to prove to you. -i am me and that is all i can be. - (-<  <3  |

well i got some good advice to lay with a heating pad on my tummy. that worked!
a hot water bottle

My stomach cramps hurt like HECK.Does anyone know if there is something to help stomach cramps?Or is there anything that would help?
