seriously dont be scared because once you get it you will be like yes i finally got it now i dont have to worry about getting it at an awkard time or place! wat exactly about it are you scared of?

Dont be scared, its a normal thing that women get, i mean if you get cramps, just relax, take some paracetomal or use a hot water bottle and it should be ok and make sure you eat iron-rich foods so you dont get aneamic or however you spell it, you'll be fine  just think how many millions or even billions of women have it everyday x |

It's nothing to be scared of. Before I got mine, I was like super excited about getting it and feeling "cool" and that I would be able to talk about it and stuff, but then when I got it, I was just like "oh...whatever." It does go away and it is only one week every month. Its pretty easy. It's a natural thing. i was scared when i started but it'll be over as soon as you have it!!! trust me its not that bad!! don't forget they do go away! it'll be ok hun!!!

thanks everyone. I feel alot better now. I've talked to my friends and they it was no big deal and that it's totally natural to be worried about it.

aww, sure it can be scary for you, cos you don't really know what to expect, and it may take some getting used to , but eventually it becomes a normal way of life for most girls, don't worry hun (:

carry some pads (not tampons for a first time) and spare undies, you'll be fine hun x

Don't be scared every girl has to go through it. Just be prepared. In a small purse of bag carry tampons, pads, a change of underwear.
