yeah, for us a&e stands for accident and emerency, where i was for six hours today i hate that place so bad

we have gp's most of them are called primary care physicians though.  and yes the a&e is the ER aka emergency room. |

lol you guys dont have gp's a take it then, its the doctor doctor, like you go to them for things that are wrong with you, so long as you dont feel like your dying, you've a big open cut or a broken bone or something along those lines you would go to your gp for anything else and for them things you would go to a&e, i think you guys call a&e the er? but yeah its just like a doctor that gives you antibiotics, pain killers, creams and things
