You can't predict when exactly you'll get your period. Some of the symtomps include:
-dishcharge (clear or white, sticky)
-cramps above belly button
-lower back pains
-irritabilty/mood swings
-bloating
-tiredness
You probably won't get all of these things and you may get none at all. Like me!
Talk to your mom or grandmom, or another woman family member to see when they got it, usually it is around the same time.

i don't shave. it just grows back thicker and faster. yuck, i wouldn't want to deal with that. i get a wax when i need it. and trim.

i shave all of it, didnt use to ..but alot of my other friends do so i figured why not do it?

Just wear a swim suit that covers you, some of those swim suits are way too skimpy!

i personally don't shave the whole thing. I don't need to. In the summer I shave the top (bikini line) and like i don't know what its called i guess kinda my inner thighs? Becuase thats where you see the hair when wearing a bathing suit. Sometimes I trim the parts that are reallllly long becuase when I have my period those peices get all nasty...but its totally up to you. i would start off slow, just the necessary parts b/c you can get red bumps and irritation. so if your shaving the first time just do a little and if you plan on doing the whole thing, do it gradually.
