I wear an overnight pad usually. Always Extra Heavy if I'm really bad.

haha i use pads, i haven't tried using a tampon yet though.
and i probably don't expect to for a couple of more years to come.
but umm, i NEVER wake up in 8 hours, so yeah. i always wake up in like 10 hours or so, haha.

i can't remember the last time i used a pad. haha. I use a tampon and i usually wake up just to change it, then back to bed. If i sleep through, then i sleep through. I change it as soon as i wake up. I HATE pads. like major. I find when I used to use pads during the night I would wake up ALL the time, afraid that i leaked through or something. So i get a good nights sleep with a tampon because I am not afraid of leaking! I usually wear a pantiliner though, just in case.
but really, its preference!

my period is too heavy to even wear overnights without leaking, so i wear diapers to bed. can sleep as long as i want!

Pads for the first couple of nights, then pantyliners for the nights after that because my period stops at night after the first or second night

Well I hate pads so the only time I wear them is the first night of my period. The other nights it's light enough to just use a pantyliner.

Pads, I'm too afraid to wear tampons at night because I generally sleep 9 or 10 hours in the summer!

overnight pad, cos in the summer the chances of me getting up before 8 hours unless completly necessary is unlikly
