You should probably go see a doctor. If it is anything serious the sooner they catch it, the better. Don't be afriad of the doctor. They won't judge you, they are there to make you feel comfortable.

All they really do is ask you questions about what's going on, how long it's been happen, etc etc.

I know people that have gone to the doctors for this kind of stuff, the doctors make it better, they may be able to tell you whats wrong and possibly get you stronger pain medicine that you cant get in pharmacys without a perscription. bottom line, go, if you feel uncomfortable, speak up, tell the doctor.

whenever I work too much without rest, I get cramps or pains in my lower stomach area. Maybe your job is the cause of this. Just relax every chance you get. as for getting to sleep, I suggest a pain reliever and a warm bath, then use a heating pad. I do agree that you have to go to a doctor, don't be afraid. They are there to help.
