Need to know how to use tampons NOW!!!!

but yeah, here are the instructions:

1. the first thing you do is look at the tampon when you take it out of the wrapper. i suggest using tampons with plastic applicators, because they have a rounded tip, and they're easier to get inserted. (i recommend tampax compak for beginners). anyway, you'll notice 2 different parts of the tampon, NOT counting the string. these two parts are the parts of the applicator. there is a bigger, rounder, fatter part of the applicator (the outer tube), which is the part that you put into ur vagina. on that bigger part, there are 2-4 rings around it, which is called the finger grip. you need to put ur middle finger and ur thumb on that when you are about to insert the tampon.
the second part is the thinner, smaller part (called the inner tube).

2. once you have put ur middle finger and ur thumb on the finger grip, you need to put ur index finger on the inner tube, right over the end where the string comes out.

3. then, find ur vagina. you can do this by using a mirror to look where the blood is coming out.

4. b4 you insert the tampon, point the tip of the outer tube toward ur lower back (which is where ur buttcrack meets ur back)

5. THEN RELAX!!! insert the applicator, but STOP when the finger grip is just about it disappear into ur body. so in other words, push the applicator in until ur thumb and ur middle finger are JUST about to go in!!!

6. once ur this far, the hard part is over! all you have to do is push the inner tube of the applicator toward the outer tube, until one is inside the other. don't be afraid to put a little muscle into it, cuz sometimes, the inner tube will stop, even tho it isn't yet inside the outer tube.

7. once the inner tube is inside the outer tube, you can move ur index finger out of the way, and pull on the outer tube of the applicator, where the finger grip is. both parts of the applicator will come out, leaving the tampon (with the string) inside you.

TIPS
*it might take a few tampons to get it right, or it might take the whole box, but you will eventually get it!
*you may want to print out these instructions, so you can practice in the bathroom.

how much of an angle should you aim???

I just got my period for the first time. IM a lifeguard!! i have to get in the water everyday. Ya i know you are probably thinking that you won't even be able to notice cuz its the first time ad my flow is light but its not its heavy. I tried tampons. I start out and i get half way up and then it just stops and i push and push and it still won't go up.....It hurts soooo bad. I tried to put them in in all different positions its not helping I don't know what to do. i have to teach swimming lessons tomarow!! HELP!! ME!!! please. Oh please somone save me!!!
