i would say for a first period.
you might have too much in your E.P.P.
JUS A personal opinion becaus firsts are usually lightt.
and you dont need it all!
i have my period every month and its heavy and i dont even have that muchh!!!

You are really prepared so I wouldn't worry. About the pains, there are a few things that it could be like gas or if you think that you will start soon, ovulation, some women can feel it.

i got my period when i was about your age
you sound really prepered
just wear a pantyliner to school everyday so that you don't have to worry about leaking

soooo...
im in the begginning/middle of stage 3 puberty and for the past 2 months my discharge has been more thick and a yellowish whitish colour. i have kinda alot of pub!c hair and my br3@$t$ are beginning to pop out. plus my face is always oily and its annoying!!!! but sometimes i will feel my abdominal area have sharp pains that will last about 5 mins and go away. I am getting @rmp!t hair and all that. wat should i do?
how does this period kit sound
2 pads
3 pantiliners
1 tampon
1 playtex wipe
$5
gum/candy
2 advils
tissues and wipes
im really nervous!!!
