Any questions? -- "Outside the cars are beeping out a song just in your honor; And though they do not know it all mankind are now your brothers; And thus the cathedral had spoken wishing well to all us sinners; And with a sigh grew silent till next year's big human winner"-- Regina Spektor

Well, one brand, the Divacup, you can get at Whole Foods Stores across the US...but pretty much everything else you need to buy online unfortunately. -- "Outside the cars are beeping out a song just in your honor; And though they do not know it all mankind are now your brothers; And thus the cathedral had spoken wishing well to all us sinners; And with a sigh grew silent till next year's big human winner"-- Regina Spektor

There are some called "Insteads"...but those are a totally different concept from reusable menstrual cups. -- "Outside the cars are beeping out a song just in your honor; And though they do not know it all mankind are now your brothers; And thus the cathedral had spoken wishing well to all us sinners; And with a sigh grew silent till next year's big human winner"-- Regina Spektor

Nope, you can leave it in as much or as little as you want. No risk of TSS...or anything else for that matter. -- "Outside the cars are beeping out a song just in your honor; And though they do not know it all mankind are now your brothers; And thus the cathedral had spoken wishing well to all us sinners; And with a sigh grew silent till next year's big human winner"-- Regina Spektor

You empty your cup as often as you need to, just like a pad or tampon. You get used to your cycle the more you use the cup. You do not need to wash it out every time, usually what I just do is wipe it with toilet paper to get everything out after emptying. And when my period ends, I just wash it out with soap (non-scented) and warm water, dry it with paper towels, and put it back in the storage bag until I need it again. Any more questions? -- "Outside the cars are beeping out a song just in your honor; And though they do not know it all mankind are now your brothers; And thus the cathedral had spoken wishing well to all us sinners; And with a sigh grew silent till next year's big human winner"-- Regina Spektor

You don't have to be rude about it. You never know, I've had this post going out for months and questions still pop up....so. -- "Outside the cars are beeping out a song just in your honor; And though they do not know it all mankind are now your brothers; And thus the cathedral had spoken wishing well to all us sinners; And with a sigh grew silent till next year's big human winner"-- Regina Spektor
