To Farmgurly:
The only brands that are sold in the US are Keeper and Divacup (as far as I know).

It depends on you. I know that some people feel the cup drop a little bit, while others feel nothing at all (like me.). You just have to experiment to understand your flow and how long you can leave it in, on certain days, etc. Just like pads and tampons. :)

To miss_blush:
You take the cup out when it's full. It's just like everything else, you need to empty it when it can't hold anymore. Depending on your flow, you may be able to leave it in all day, but it all just depends.
Most people do clean theirs with just toilet paper, or in the sink. Just personal preference. I've heard of people emptying it and then putting it back in, but it's all up to you.

To Farmgirly:
There are a couple of brands that are sold in the US, at Whole Foods stores. Most of them you can get online too, but a lot of them come from the UK.

Any more questions?

I kind of dont understand.
Like when do u take it out? like can u leave it in all day? And when u take it out and empty it, do u have to clean it? like wash it in the sink or something? Or can u just empty it then stick it back in? Ha i must sound kind of silly(: But im curious. Cuz i rly dont like pads and im not a fan of tampons. So i was thinking of trying a cup.

Well, I was so tired of pads and I didn't like tampons...so I'm like "There has to be something else."
I looked online and found a ton of links, and menstrual cups came up a lot. So I looked into it and was immediately hooked! ;)

Well, they are one of the bigger cups...but I used one and I had no problems. There are plenty of other brands too!

They are made of flexible silicone, so it shouldn't hurt.
