What I do is get my hand up to the base of the cup, pinch it, and ease it out. It breaks the suction so I can get the cup out. Some people do it differently like: hook their index finger around the top of the cup, and ease it out, or something similar to that. Hi, I'm new to here... Since when you were inserting tis, the size of it is somewhat similar to a tampon. so I wanna find out how exactly do you remove it when it is time 4 you to empty it...

Yeah, it is different. I think you need to be a little more knowledgeable with your anatomy "down there", but it's totally different compared to a tampon.
