umm hmmm eat a banana....wait it out....curl into fetal position (believe me it works)...try to sleep it off? i dont know what to say if the ibuprofen isnt working! -- ~ no longer a member of the periodless club as of 12/08/08~  ~used my first tampon 10/08/09 and can't believe I didnt try it before! if you havent tried a tampon go for it!~ class of 2012 <3 fruit loop fan club member <3 |

no advise.

killer cramps!!
and ib profin just isnt working. and neither is the heating pad. ugh.
anyone have tips? sorry it was kinda a vent haha.
