It happens for about 5 days before and for the first 2 days. That's what I was told and for what happens for me. If it lasts longer than 10 days, it could be more serious and you should talk to someone about it.

but it also happens during your period....for some people...oh yeah and another symptom is breaking out with pimples  -- ~ no longer a member of the periodless club as of 12/08/08~  ~used my first tampon 10/08/09 and can't believe I didnt try it before! if you havent tried a tampon go for it!~ class of 2012 <3 fruit loop fan club member <3 |

sore breasts, headache, cramps, etc that happen BEFORE your period starts hense the name PREmenstrual syndrome

k lol :P -- ~ no longer a member of the periodless club as of 12/08/08~ ~used my first tampon 10/08/09 and can't believe I didnt try it before! if you havent tried a tampon go for it!~ class of 2012 <3 fruit loop fan club member <3 |
