1. I have a super heavy flow, and I only have to change mine about... roughly every 8-12 hours.

2. they're kind of expensive, but if you consider the fact that they last for ten years, it's a really good deal. means that you won't have to be spending money on sanitary supplies for the next 10 years. mine was 35 dollars.

3. for me, it only took my first period to learn how to put it in properly, but it varies from person to person.

4. i have never had to do it in one, since i don't have to change it very often.

5. not very messy. only a little.

6. you can get them online, or at Elephant Pharmacy (I don't know if there are a lot of these places around. it may only be in berkeley, california. idk), and also at whole foods.

7. not definitely, but even if it does, it won't hurt that bad.

8. nope. though for your first time wearing it, you may just want to wear a pad, too, just in case you put it in wrong.

9. I would never go back to pads or tampons. you can't even feel it! it's amazing.

Haah. i think it's like a sanitary cup but idk. there is like the moon cup, and the lady cup...I really want to try them but first i have a few questions.
