yeah, i knew it was coming symptoms: i had discharge for five years, and it got REALLY HEAVY my boobs were hurting i got upset and wanted to cry a lot i was SO TIRED i wanted chocolate i was so excited!....b/c i was about to turn 15 and i thought id never get it...so i was really happy -- love having a twin love being a girl! *left periodless club 6/30/08* can't wait to find MY perfect guy  |

i was camping so it was so shocking !
&+ i was like 12 so i knew what it was i just dont really notice the symtems other than discharge !

Oh my gosh, no.
I actually slipped and fell hard in the bath the day before, so my mom wasnt sure if i had done something to myslef or it was my period lol =]

Yeah, well kinda. The night before I started I was kind of moody, but I am all the time lol. Anyway I had stomach pain at about nine, and went upstairs to the toilet. I kinda had some bloody discharge so I was like ohhhh but I didn't have a pad. I just went to bed and when I got up in the morning I felt really horrible, especially during breakfast. When I went back upstairs- ta dah! There it was! So yeah, I kind of knew, but not for very long at all, lol. That first period absolutely sucked. i was 12 and i knew it was coming soon but it was like aww crap, now i have to deal with this too
i had:
boobs (34a)
hair (down there)
mood swings (not so different for me)
stomach pains (or cramps i found out the next day)
mad-at-the-world-ness (that is my new word to use)

Sore boobs, cramps and maybe a bit emotional were my symptoms... but the boobs are and were the absolout worst!

I was like twelve so I was ready, but I was super annoyed. I wasn't looking forward to it. The funny thing is, that day when I got home I watched Charmed and the girls were on their periods so they're magic wasn't working right. xD I don't really remember it that well, it wasn't a great day for me...

ya I was extremely young, it sucked too. I mean your still a little kid. I didnt kno it was coming..but i wasnt suprised when i got it cuz i was far allong in puberty and got vaginal discharge everyday
and to be careful..it would sometimes wear maxi pads just in case i got it..but the day i got it..i wasnt wearing a pad

when i first got my period, i had noo idea what so ever that it was coming. i either didn't experience much of the symptoms, or i didn't notice that i had symptoms. but it came as a complete shocker.. i was scared like..really scared.
