2 pads a day is NOT heavy lol.....my flow is moderate-heavy flow so i feel bad for the people who have really heavy flows. -- ~ no longer a member of the periodless club as of 12/08/08~  ~used my first tampon 10/08/09 and can't believe I didnt try it before! if you havent tried a tampon go for it!~ class of 2012 <3 fruit loop fan club member <3 |

i agree with rubzfan!!I change mine 5-7 times a day and i dont even think im that heavy so try changing your pad more offten or tampon..but yea!!

I figure this is in regards to ur period and if your olny useing 2 pads ur not bleeding heavy AT ALL! on my heaviest days i use 4-5 pads. ur fine
