i was kinda born with acne and i got it from my mom but since it started at an early age it should go away soon . i use :
1:this green face mask to dry the oil in my skin to prevent new acne and dry up the exsisting acne
2: i this stuff called noxzema it's and old kind of face cream but it still works
3: for lighteningspots on my face i use these creams called ambi and aetrea they work well aetra is less oily than ambi
TIPS : KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT YOUR FACE YOUR HANDS HAVE BACTERIA ON THEM THAT GETS ON YOUR FACE AND CREATES ACNE
I RECCOMENED TO NOT EAT ANY KIND OF NUTS THAT CREATES ACNE TO APPEAR

You can try putting an ice cube on each one for five minutes. It helps with the inflammation and then put on a spot cream.

It depends on your skin type but I'd say just try using a bar of soap and water first. That costs basically nothing and thats what works the best for me.
That way you don't waste money on an expensive face cream that might not work. If the soap works, great. If not, then you know and you can try something else.
