OMG LOL! I saw that iCarly episode too. LOL! And I so wish there was a build-a-bra. That would be soooo funny.
But, yes, its just a push-up-bra. I've never worn one, although I could use one...lol. My mom would never let me tho.

did you watch iCarly?? haha idk, i was watching it and they were talking about "helping bras" but they meant push-up. if you didnt watch icarly, then nevermind what i said. but they make your boobs look bigger -- And history books forgot about us and the Bible didn't mention us, not even once. If you mean a push-up bra then it's basically a bra that pushes up your boobs to make them look bigger.
I sometimes wear one if I'm going out late with my friends but not often.
