I wanna join! well i HAVE to get in shape I am way over weight sooo...2day I did like a half mile of sprints, not quite that much but ya, I burned 164 calories woo hoo! haha

i'll join (: i've been losing weight and over the summer i lost 10-15lbs, i obviously wasn't hard core working out or anything. but i'm going to eat healthier and do some toning at night if i have time, but being back in school, i'm sooo busy. you would honestly not believe the amount of homework i have with today only being the 2nd day of school; so i guess my major thing this winter/while we have school, will be eating super healthy because i'll have no time to exercise. -- i love you, so much more than you know. ♥

Today- I didn't do a formal form of exercise, but i did clean all day and I ate light, so I'll pick back up tomorrow

yay! I'm so glad that you guys wanna start this! Today- I walked 1.8 miles and burned 291 calories! I feel really good about this, I mean, I know it's only been 2 days, but I'm already feeling my body changing. Like, i can feel it working harder already! I hoe you guys stay motivated; and if you ever need a boost, let this thread serve as a motivator!

woot! today, I walked 1.7 miles, and burned 252.9 calories! it was rough, seeing as it's 95+ degrees outside, so I think I'm gonna start waiting until the evening to walk lol

> heyy can i join you you tell me what u do and i will do it to sure! =] I'm just gonna start eating healthier, cutting out alot of fat, salt, etc. I'm also gonna start walking at least a mile a day, if not more. Keep in mind that in terms of weight loss, what works for me may not work for you, so you need to try different things and see what works =]

So, today I decided that I'm gonna start trying to lose weight. Everyday, I'm gonna come on here and 'check in' with what exercise I did that day, how far I walked, calories burnt, etc. And since we don't have a scale, I'm just gonna have to go by how my clothes fit lol. If any of you girls [or guys!] wanna start doing this too, feel free to join this thread =]
