water water water! whenever you are hungry or have a craving, drink water. it sounds silly but honestly it helped me sooooooooooooooo much!! what the other girls suggested is really good advice so go for it!

-dont drink anything besides water
-cut out snacking on chips, have dried cranberries or nuts or fruit
-fill your plate up with veggies and fruit first, then add the rest. it should be 3/4 veggies/fruit and 1/4 carbs and protein
-if you DO need a snack, have what i suggested above or like a string cheese
-eat until your 80% full. then drink water.
-start walking for like 15 minutes every day for a week. then make it 25 and then 25 minutes. then start doing 5 minute intervals of running/walking. this is the best way to pace yourself and burn fat. then after your in good shape, run for about 30 minutes 5 days a week with 20 minutes of weight training 5 times a week

well i am also losing weight... i think my over all goal was roughly 25-26 lbs and i know how hard it is.....

you really should follow a food general guide... girls 14-18 should be eating 7 or 8 fruits daily, 5 or 6 carbs daily , 3 or 4 dairy things daily, and 2 servings of meat and alternatives.... plus 8 cups of water roughly.... like that is just a guide... but the general idea is there.... fruit should definitely be dominating, they aren't high in calories, carbs or fat (all those are easily converted into fat if not converted into other healthier forms fast enough).... so i sorta think that you should eat a diet dominating in fruit, meat with lunch and dinner, get bread only in with meals, no other time, the guide SAYS to eat lots of it but try to eat alternatives to bread that aren't so high in carbs and calories cuase thats gonna bite you in the ass

i would say some pretty damaging foods are things like potatoes, potatoes aren't even that great to eat, they're so flavourless, so try rice instead, its a healthier lower cal alternative
bread is pretty bad cause it goes with like meals at all times of the day and snacks so people end up eating alot more of it than they should, so naturally thats not the greatest it's one of those things where people misinterperet the point, like bread and potatoes aren't the only 2 things in that food group, and it's a moderation thing too so yeah....

um... avoid anyhing like chips, fudge, chocolate, candy, cake, pastries, etcetc like it is the freaking plague ok, that stuff is so bad, and i know from personal experience how hard that is, i hate it, i'll see it and am like oh yummy let me eat that and then later i feel horrible so yeah....

as far as excersise goes, walk every day, i would say at least 2 km (miles are smaller its 90 km to 55 miles so its 1.6, so divide to get km into miles), 10 or 12 km is alot but if you've got time, go for it...

google yoga poses, i am personally trying to get into that more cause i tried it out a year or 2 (took some poses off the internet) and i was actually a tad sore after like 45 minutes or so....

play soccer in your back yard or a near by feild, go for a jog, walk or bike to the store instead of taking the bus or getting a ride...

Hello!

I cut out all foods/drinks with all forms of sugars, white starches, yeast, and non-live foods from my diet. I also limited my carbs. I started drinking only water, eating vegetables, brown rice, white meats, and seaweed and I dropped pounds very very quickly without the intentions of loosing weight. I have candida (a reoccuring yeast infection in the gut) so I have to eat like this--it has caused me to loose weight in the process. You could take this diet, but you don't have to cut out the fruits like I did--I banished fruits from my diet because sugar happens to make the Candida worse. Any kind of sugar.

Also, starches and yeast, if you eat a lot of it can make you put on weight quickly. Yeast happens to expand in your stomach after you consume it. It is a rising agent. And just remember--everything in moderation.

You should also exercise (do some cardio).

id rather not say.
ive lost 80 pounds from how much i did weigh now from what i weigh i need to lose 38 pounds to b my goal weight.
but i dnt wanna say cuz my weight is a big deal to me
