you just have different ways since you aren't socialized much & homeschooled. most people I think, including myself shower daily & change clothes daily.

Gawd, if you can shower every day, then you should do it.
I'm in the hospital with leukemia and i have a central line in my side, so i have to cover pretty much my whole left side of my stomach so it doesn't get wet. i can't even take baths.

i can't wait until i'm done with chemo and can go home and take a long, hot shower.

but if you can do it, then take a shower everyday.

and the clothes thing, you should change everyday.
it's more healthier and less stinky.

i actually shower twice a day... lol. and i NEVER wear the same thing twice in one week to school.
it sounds like you just hav a different type of routine and culture in your area... which is totally fine.
im from the city were im only home a couple hours a day, so i basically have to shower.

um yeah you should change your clothes everyday! why would you wear the same outfit for more than one day? that's weird. even homeschoolers should know to change your clothes everyday!

I myself shower every other day,and that's only because in Pakistan, you have to run the injector and then the motor and then another 30 minutes for the geyser to warm up the water. However, this is just a question of personal preference.

I shower every night, because I think its gross if you don't, but I don't change like camisoles every day. I wear one like 3 times before I wash it again.

I think you should shower every day. Showering doesn't mean washing your hair though. I know some girls that wash their hair every other day but I stress that you should at least clean your body once a day.

As for wearing your clothes more than one day in a row.....I suppose it is a personal preference but it is not exactly hygienic. If I do not get my jeans dirty I may where them two days in a row but if you're going to wear the same shirt/under/bra more than one day in a row at least wash them before the next day!

It's really personal preference when it comes to daily showering.
Do what you feel you need to do, if at the end of the day, you feel in need of a shower, then jump in. If you don't, then wait until the next day.
Nobody can tell you what to do, you should have a showering routing that's good for YOU and that you want to follow.
Changing clothes, well, once again, personal preference, but, I wouldn't keep the same outfit for more than two days probably. Maybe keep the shorts/jeans for a couple of days and always change the top?

It's completely up to you though =)

yeah, if i have dance class (which i do on mondays, tuesdays and thursdays) i shower, or if im doing choreography for a show, i take a shower. and obviously i change undies everday. um, eww. i don't sweat unless im dancing vigorously. seriously, i don't sweat. ever. and if i don't take a shower every day, then i take one every other day. i never go more than thirty six hours without taking a shower. plus whoever said the 500 ml thing about sweating i didn't know that. and that's funny cuz i've got this thing where i can't drink water, or soda, or anything containing water like watermelon that equals more than three eight ounce cups of water. if i drink three straight cups of water throughout a day i get really sick, like almost throwing up and migraine. for a while i wouldn't drink water and so i kind of weaned myself off of it and now i recquire so little that i can OD on it easily. even if im working out i can only have about twenty ounces of liquid a day. so maybe thats another reason i don't sweat, cuz there's no water in me...

due to passive sweating, you lose 500ml of water a day. most of the time you don't even realize that you're sweating.

you should shower every day, or at least every other day.
make sure you change your underwear everyday, if you don't thats just gross. and i'd at least wear a different shirt everyday, even if you don't wash it between wears

whether you think you sweat or not, you do. everyone sweats everydays. sweat is the bodys way of excreeting toxins.
whether you think you get dirty or not, your body picks up bacteria and sheds skin and hair that collects on your skin and clothes.
most infectious bacteria and etc. are not visible to the eye.
its good hygiene to bathe and change clothes; it keeps you healthier.
