i get it and yet there are way to many things to factor into this equation for it to be this simple in my opinion

someone is driving crazy and you'd get mad cause they could risk peoples lives driving bad. But you pull up beside the person and see that the ladies son is in the back seat with a gash on his head

her point is that people get mad about things that happen before they know why they are happening... and if a person stopped to think about why someone is being a jerk or driving bad or something they should stop and think about why they could be doing that, it could be for a completly valid reason (they're trying to get help to someone who is hurt)

ok your driving and a mother passes you almost throwing you off the road. ahead you see her pass another car and speed off. shes going really fast. she could kill someone.

think. what would you think in this situation???

really think about it

now at a stop light you end up on her right side. remember what you thought. then you see her son in the back, bloody, with a gash on his head.

this is how easy it is to misinterpret a situation and you probably got mad

look at all possible situations first
