but i still dont know how to put the egg in my hair,
or how long to keep it on, or anything

No it isn't.
Even professionals recommend it.
I was recommended to do it, and it helped my hair along. It never got damaged because of it.
It's the properties in the egg that help hair.

Don't knock it before you try it. lol. =/

ive heard about olive oil and my beautician says use baking soda

you just mix in the baking soda/olive oil with your shampoo and use it like normal

It does encourage healthiness.
Raw egg strengthens the follicles it is high in protein and will help along the reconstruction of damaged hair.

Mayonnaise actually is great too it helps with moisture and stuff. If your hair is not at all that dry, you don't need to use it because it will just make it greasy.

Olive oil can be good as well.

healthier, and shiny.

has anyone done it before?

i want to do it, but i dont know how.
