It's not appendicitis. You would know if it was. Plus, you've had it for a week, too long for it to be your appendix. It's probably just a cramp, but it doesn't have to be from your period. You could have just pulled a muscle.

Ask your mom to take you to the doctors. Generally, only older people get appendicitis.
