my nephew had those all over him and it turned out it was an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent his mom was using at the time. so have you changed face washs, body washes, make-up, laundry detergent, anything like that?

Did you use any facial products?
Sometimes my lips randomly do that for a few days (now actually), but that's usually because of changing weather or a bad chapstick.
Try some petroleum jelly on your face. It's what I use on my lips when it does that, and they go away in like a day or two. =]

nah they arent white heads..like they feel very bumpy but its like my skin has goosebumps but its not goosebumps and it makes my face numb. my mom said it was probably from me being out in the sun alot..idk

MY FACE IS ALL BUMPY!!! LIKE ITS NOT RED OR ANYTHING BUT ALL OVER ARE THESE LITTLE WHITE BUMPS AND THEY CAME OUT OF NOWHERE!!!
