aww I'm sorry, you're probably going to be nervous until you go. I've never gone so I wouldn't know what to expect, just try to stay relaxed, have a girl doctor if you can, & just have your stepmom stay in the room if you want. they know what they're doing, you just have to relax & be honest about the sex questions.

dont worry im on brith control now and when i went she just asked me ?'s about me and my boyfriend and then put me on the pill and after a year i had to go for a gyno and it wasnt that bad it didnt last that long.

dont worry. i felt the same way before i had my appointment. youll be fine, the doctor will know how nervous you are and he or she will make it very easy and as comfortable as possible for you. dont freak out so much. youll be fine. once you are done you will be so relieved because youll see that it wasnt too bad. good luck and just RELAX while you are in the appointment.

just keep in mind that your doctor is going to talk to you about a couple things and then put you on a pill that will make your period better in some way. if you want you can bring a comfort item like a teddy bear or something

im really nervous.
i talked about it to my stepmom and she explained to me what they were going to do and im sorta freakin out. idk i guess this is kinda a vent but im really scared. is there any advice from anyone to make me feel more comfortable about this? anything would be helpful.
