They are welcome by the users, but not the mods. The users are usually willing to help with anything, but if you make a forum about one of the topics you listed, it could potentially be deleted for "unacceptable content." Also, this site is for users 13+, you have to be 13 to register, although a lot of people lie about their age.

i think they are welcome

but this site seems or be geared for younger teenagers, like 10-14.

if you really wna tto talk about $ex strongly, i would find a more mature forum. i think this only because they don't really have a separate forum for those topics
