you coudl have a parent call ahead and reserve hotel rooms and book the flight. im sure it would be prefectly fine then

the hotel thing depends on the state. while im sure you can be any age to stay in it, you have to be a certain age to book the room. some states are 18 while others 21. as far as europe im not sure. i would assume its 18 to book but dont take my word for it.
you can fly by yourself at any age i think. but if you are underage you have to do special stuff or something like that. for security and all.

- how old do you have to be to stay in a hotel by your self?
