Stained?

About the gym thing - it is good to exercise when you're on your period. Exercise can help with cramps! I always feel better just taking a walk when I exercise. I know you probably don't feel like exercising on your period but it really can make you feel better

I have never.

But i agree with the exercising thing.

I know whenver im on my period and i exercise, my period is soooo much lighter rather than when im just sitting and doing, well, nothing...

Ahh, yes. It SUCKED. It was the first day of school in 8th grade I think & I went to the bathroom at lunch because I was on my period & I was so heavy that I had bled through my pad. There was a HUGE stain inbetween my legs but no one noticed. Thank God. I went home after school & changed into pajamas. (: Haha.
