well, yeah.
kinda have to so he doesn't, y'know, try anything while i'm on my period.
i know that sounds a bit gross, but, it's true.
it's not the only reason i tell him though,
i tell him because i trust him & he trusts me, so it's not a big deal.
just a fact of life.

yea, i think some people do, and some people don't, depending on how they think their boyfriend will react. If he is mature enough to realize that it is going to happen, 12 times a year, then he is mature enough to be told about it. I told my boyfriend because I knew he wasn't going to be immature about it. I still tell him, to this day, and he just says okay and we move on with our lives. He doesn't think it's gross, and he really doesn't care. So I think it all depends on how mature your boyfriend is.. if you think he will be immature and tell everyone then he isn't really a good boyfriend is he? I do because idk, i'm moody and don't really realize it at the time so i don't want to hurt his feelings or somthing. And we tell each other everything. And i don't really make a big deal out of it. Like Girls who are like its a girl thing well i don't really care.

yeah i don't see why not. i mean, if they ask you not to mention it because it grosses them out, then no. But like, i think they should know just in case you have a like flip out. that way they know why. lol.

yeah. i wouldn't tell your boyfriend till you two have become very close and trust each other.
since sometimes getting your period is embarrassing for girls and guys [immature ones at that] might tell their friends your on your period.

well my boyfriend and i are sexually active, so i need to tell him or else he would be very grossed out. We have a little joke, I tell him I am "out of order" for the week. He understands. So I do tell him, its not a big deal. He knows it is coming every months so I just tell him.
