of course a guy can think girls are cute while he has a gf. just because hes with someone doesnt mean hes blind. now can a guy like another girl? it depends on exactly what you mean - like i said, guys and girls dont go completely blind but if he "likes" someone else meaning that he wants to be with that person then you have to question how much he really cares about his gf to begin with. and do you really want to be with someone like that? someone who cant be happy with the one with theyre with?
i think as long as he has a gf, you should leave him alone. hes unavailable.

can a guy like another girl if he has a girlfriend? its just this guy i think liked me for a while and he seems like he still might but he has a girlfriend now and im just really confused. and i feel bad because he tried to talk to me and get to know me last year but i blew it. i still want to try now, but he has a girlfriend so idk what i should do. and i dont think im getting over him anytime soon.
