It has a paradoxical effect: the warm water rises your body temperature at first, but then later on makes it drop faster, easing your way into the night by making you feel sleepy. But don't take it just before going to bed for that same reason.

don't eat or drink soda after 6.30pm cos it keeps you alert and awake have an early bath and put your pj's on go to bed like half an hour earlier and read a really boring book use a pillow spray on your pillow so the scents will send you to sleep count sheep? aha -- 07/18/2009 ♥ iloveyou!

what i do is i turn on my tv and put it on sleep mode for like 30 min and i lay down close my eyes and listen to the tv. i try to find sumthing ive seen before so im not tempted to open my eyes. it usually works for me. one night i was not tired at all so i googled ways to fall asleep and i got one. lay in bed with your eyes closed and count backwards from 100 and when you get to ten yahn, and it works, it makes me really tired!!! -- ** there are only 3 things in life a girl needs: love to make her weak alcohol to make her strong best friends when both make her hit the floor ** i swear to drunk im not God.  lol &&. i'm not your average girl.

yeah, in the summer we have 7am xc practice and then i work out til noon for basketball. i'd have to go to bed at like 10pm to get up at like 6:20ish. i took 3 weeks off because i was out of town and started staying up until like 1 or 2 am some days, but mostly around 12 or so. when i got back it took me like a week to get into the swing of things again. try sleepin in a dark, quiet room. don't work out in the 2 hours before you go to bed. try to lighten up on the caffine after 2 pm the first day of school i'll probably be up around 6:20, but the rest of the week i'm pretty sure i have 6am pratices so i'll be up around 5: 15 or so. whoopeee. -- PROUD PRO-LIFE CHRISTIAN TEXAN ♥ music is my addiction. i know i have been staying up all night and sleeping in all morning. Sometimes its even light out before i go to bed. I talked to me bestie all night before and i will probably be dead tired the first day of school! -- zac efron is sooooo hotttt! cheerleader volleyball 8th grade student council cute guys I love kittens and puppies

I have the same problem. I go to bed between 3-5am, so the first day of school should be interesting hahaha. -- =]

Since school starts in a week, my mom is making me get up by 7:00 so I can get back on a schedule, cause I am used to staying up way late every nite. -- zac efron is sooooo hotttt! cheerleader volleyball 8th grade student council cute guys I love kittens and puppies

try reading in bed if you feel restless. or just keep on going to bed the same time every night no matter what until you naturally go to bed at that time.

ugh! i have major issues with getting on a sleeping schedule! any ideas on how to get on one? xD.. anyone else have that issue? -- I am NOT new. Believe in him, only he can make it happen. <3
