Public school.Because there's only like 600 and something at the school where I go.Where as one as the many private school there is thousands of people and they compared the public test result against the private schools test results and public schools got better.Also theres like 5 private schools within 1hour of where I live and theres about 2 public schools within 30mins.Also they cost heaps of money around my area and having 3 kids in a private school would be alot of money especially coming from a single parent income.So PUBLIC all the way.

P.S I do have friends that go to private schools but their parents are heaps rich and they're either an only child or have a sibling that is heaps older or mum is pregnant.

I would have the school im in now..
Its public and open campus. Meaning you can leave for lunch, break .. etc.

And about the teacher thing, yeah we have a few slacker teachers, or the ones who absolutely hate you for no reason lol. But we do have a few good teachers


We only have two private schools in our county... which is small. They both only go up to about 6th grade, well 5th now. And i went there in Pre-K and Kindergarten.
Then we have two highschools, but one is for pregnant teens, etc.

Well i tihnk you learn more in private school because there are les people and less distractions, and i think you ave more opportunities.
But i wouldn't dare go to private school. I love public school, there are a ton of different types of people, and i tihnk you have more freedom. Also the provate school people i know are kind of snobby. i am not sayig all of them are like that though.

As far as the social aspects of school...DEFINITELLY public. You get a bigger variety of people, which is a lot more interesting and can therefore have a wider variety of friends. Things aren't all kooshy, which i like. If my school was rich, it wouldnt have so much character.

The academic side of it is a different story all together. At my public school we are really lucky and have some really good teachers, but there are some not so great ones too. There are enough challenging courses to keep me busy and learning, but there aren't any special programs designed to really support the "gifted" kids who could handle much harder work. But i wouldn't have to go to a private school to get that i dont think, just move to a bigger city.

MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE

I've gone to private schools ALL my life i am french so i go to a private school for people that are able to speek french as well as english and i LOVE LOVE LOVE it but the kids that go there are from all around the city there so you don't really meet people that live in your area wich kinda sucks i went to a boarding school in grades 2-5 and adored it because i went there for ballet and i learned so much although i liked it i wasen't a fan of being away from my family so much so i switched back to my french school one thing i dislike about my school (wich is private) is that i have to take a entrance exam every year even when you already go there?? silly i know but i think the teahers are better and more qualified for there job so i like private

well ive always gone to a public school. i dont know what its like at a private school. i guess i like public school better cause there is more people and less money.
