Yeah but we are just in bras and underwear. some chicks change into sports bras for gym but it's easy to change bras without anyone seeing anything. Put the sports bra on over the normal one, unhook the normal one and take the straps off then pull it off. It's easy once you get the hang of it.
And even if they did see something they could look down at themselves and notice they have the same thing.
If you have to do swimming I adivse you bring a baggy tshirt that is long enough to cover everything then put your bottoms on then take your shirt off half way so its just on your neck then put your top on. If you have to wear a one piece (which most schools make you cuz they are lame) do the same thing just take the shirt half off then pull the straps over your arms. then voila! insta-dressed. lol

if you're feeling self conscious, just wear a tank top under your shirt. i also have a lot of cute underwear. american eagle has sales a lot (: not that it makes much of a difference, but it gives me confidence.
people aren't like sitting there staring.
& if they are, they're creeps...

dont worry about the locker rooms, its not bad at all.
the girls dont even care.
i usually change my bra for gym and we dont go swimming a lot cept at the begining and end of school [ if we are lucky!]
and if anyone says anything about your body just say
"why are you even looking at me?"
:]
once this girl told me my breast were lopside. >_<

don't worry about having to change in locker rooms. everyone has to do it; it's no big deal.

well for us in summer gym we have like bathroom stalls and we'd just put our suits on in there, but some people just like put the top on over the bra then unhooked the bra, so no one saw anything, and then after swimming for showers we'd shower in our suits, and it wasnt weird or anything haha. -- |

well my school doesnt have swimming..so yeah. but last year in gym many girls went into the locker room bathrooms to change including me. idk i dont like changing infront of people..im very conservative.

When were doin gym were just in our panties and bra when we get changed. When we go swimming we take our panties and bra off and change into our bathers. No-one really takes note of anyone else cause we all have a vagina and boobs. I spose it's nor that emabarrassing cause most chicks hold a towel infront of downthere.

You get used to it. I'm on the swim team and we do have changing stalls in one of the changing rooms but the main one is just a box rly. We just wrap our towels, or put our bras over top of your suit, and take off the suit with it over top.
For gym it's just bras and underwear I assume and that's not really that wierd.

For swimming, we usually just hold towels in front of eachother while we get dressed. But for gym, it's just bras and underwear. It's not embarrassing at all. Cause everyone does it. No one pays attention to you anyway.

it depends on the person. to me, i really dont care changing in front of other girls because we all have a v.agina and we all have breasts. so youre not weird at all. but during gym we just change and we have bras/underwear. when we have pool we get naked but usually have towels rapped around ourselves

um well usually if we're just gonna be in the gym or go outside, then we're just in bras and underwear and stuff. but like sometimes some of us shower after that. or when u go swimming then ur naked when u change obviously, ha but we shower before & after swimming with our suits on..but it's not embarrassing really..kinda awkward i guess but not bad lol. -- hehe. hey slick - she's a hick goat goat goat goats goats check your barn door... baby u know i can hardly wait, just to see u... |
