I feel your pain rescueyouxo. I am coming from a middle school of less than 100 to a hs of over 800. I am afraid of getting lost, forgeting homework, grabbing the wrong books (we have block schedule), being late, etc. Also, does anyone have any tips for keeping notes, homework, handouts, etc. organized?

idk the seniors in our school are probably the worst... they have such a superiority complex. they think that because they're the oldest they can boss everyone around... like one time we sat in the senior courtyard and they spent the entire lunch period picking on us and telling us how immature we were being and that they were going to talk about us behind our backs for the rest of the year etc etc etc. they were being such a bunch of babies. but yeah if you dont mess with their enlarged ego you'll be fine.

making friends isn't that hard. i mean what usually seems to happen is you meet people through friends... idk it'll work out lol. just seize any opportunity you have.

and grades... don't slack off, no matter how tempting it is lol. idk just keep asking questions if something isn't 100% clear. study guides can work wonders. certain websites also really help. i relied on hotmath.com a lot for calculus.

teachers lol. well, idk what to say about them. dont get on their bad side. but at the same time they're like dogs, they can smell suck ups and fakes. be friendly, talk to them casually if you get the chance, like if you're early to class one day. they seem to like that xP and they especially like it if you stand out and are creative. like in history my friend and i made this crazy movie for a project and our teacher just totally loved how... idk weird it was lol. and ig that put us on her good side, because i think she recommended me for some history award or something...

but yeahh high school isn't so bad. people are slightly more mature. good luck lol.

don't worry too much about seniors. they really aren't that bad, usually they just tell you to get out of there way. if you don't listen then they CAN get rude. Sophomores are the worst though, no offense to them, but the only thing they have going for them is the fact that they aren't freshmen, so they will hold it against you.
I'm sure you will see your friends plenty, and if not, the first week of school is a great time to meet new people. EVERYONE in your grade is feeling like you whether they admit it or not, so they are more than happy to make new friends.
make sure to manage your time or at least try to, it will help you in making the grade.
most teachers realize you are a freshman, either they will be extra hard on you to help you adjust or super easy on you to let you figure it out on your own.

I graduated this year.

We dont have junior, sophmore, freshman, just seniors at my school.
there is a good cahnce that you'll have some of your friends in your classes with you, just stick by them.
And be confident, people are attracted to confidence.
