Cramps....explain

Well everybodys different. I only get cramps the 2nd day of my period.
some dont get them.
some get them for a week b4
some get them during and before

dont always listen to those period things teachers give you.

It could start today,tomorrow,next week, next month. in a few months. in a year.

There isn't a set amount of time. If you've had your period before, PMS can kick in a week (or even two weeks) before your period starts. It could also be cramps from ovulation. It's hard to tell. Just remember when your last period was, and you'll get yours roughly a month later. Keep track of how many days your cycle is, so that next time you'll have a better idea.
