what kind of pads? mostly now always with silk normal with wings and always ultra night.
what kind of tampons? tampax pearl regular (they're out in the UK now!) and tampax compak regular and lites.

are you regular? i'm not sure yet, the gap between the 1st and 2nd ones was 27 days.
if so what day? at the beginning and end of every month

do you get cramps? sometimes and nausea.
