McCain doesn't appeal to many women because of Palin. He's just trying to pick up swing votes. Both canidates are trying. McCain has even started making ads in Spanish for the Latino vote.

Sure, Obama appeals to some people because he's black. It's not the best reason to support him, but whatever. McCain appeals to white people who don't want a black president just as much.

I never said that the McCain-Palin is appealing to women, I just said that he's trying to win over the female independents who supported Hillary.

If your statement is correct, Palin appeals to many because she's a woman, then saying Obama appeals to many because he's black is a valid idea.

I never said that. You said that we get upset when you point out Obama is black. McCain trying to appeal to female has nothing to do with Obama being black.

So you are saying that the fact that Obama is black has absolutely no effect on this election?

He is. It's quite obvious that he's trying to appeal to females just like Obama is trying to appeal to working-class conservatives. It has nothing to do with Obama's race.

How about he agrees with her policies?
Yall get upset when we, McCain supporters, bring up the fact that Obama is black. You bringing up the fact the she was only chosen because she is a woman is the same kind of "discrimination".

i thought that it was really good. i live like an hour away from
denver and i wish i would have been able to go.
im happy with who Obama picked to be his running mate.

now as for who mccain picked.. she has little experience.
only been a governor for 1.5 years, she was a mayor of a town of
8,000 people. now when u guys say obama has no experience well
dont you think that maybe the vice president should have experience in some way?

mccain only picked the gov of alaska because she is a women
and now both parties are minorities.

It's not something to be proud or ashamed of - it's just the truth.

And newsflash, the indians were here before the Canadians too. It wasn't "Americans" that mistreated the native americans - it was the Spainards and English and etc.

Rememeber when we pushed out the native americans.

you mean the people who were there before you?
who built their lives on the very ground you probably stand on while you are shopping?
the innocent people who did nothing to you?

good job.
but i really can't say much either, because they have been pushed out to other places forced to rebuild their lives as well in canada.

in my opinion, the only thing obama has proved is that he is very persuasive and charming. i dont trust a word that comes out of his mouth.

im not saying i support mccain either, though.
tbh, i hate politics.

george washington was right.
we should never have split the counry up into political parties. we sill forever be a divided nation. democrat, republican.. who cares?
