KOTEX® Community Guidelines
The KOTEX® Community is governed by the following set of standards that will apply to all community members and their posts. We reserve the right to remove any material that does not (in our judgment) comply with these standards and to revoke posting privileges at our discretion and without warning or explanation. Our decisions are considered final.
Guidelines:
1. Be respectful and civil to other members, even if you disagree with them.
2. Any unacceptable content (posts, member names, pictures or subject lines containing profanity, pornographic, indecent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive language, etc) will be deleted.
3. Content may be deleted for any reason, including, without limitation, our judgment that the user has violated these community guidelines. We have no obligation to delete content that you find personally objectionable or offensive.
4. We do not allow harassing, threatening, racist, abusive, hateful, violent, humiliating, embarrassing, defamatory, libelous, untrue, invasive, or obscene language or behavior.
5. Participation in, suggesting, or encouraging any illegal activity is cause for immediate deletion and suspension of posting privileges, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Any articles, news reports, or other copyrighted material submitted must be with the permission of the relevant copyright owners. Submitting any material of any kind that violates or infringes the rights of any other person, including material which is an invasion of any privacy rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right, without first obtaining permission from the owner is a violation.
7. Do not flood or spam, or post chain letters, pyramid schemes, junk mail, etc.
8. No commercial solicitation or advertising will be allowed. Submitting any material of any kind for commercial purposes, or which contain any promotional material or advertising is a violation.
9. This is a public discussion forum. Do not post personal or any other information that you do not want made public. The material you post may also be indexed by search engines such as Yahoo! and Google.
10. Please keep in mind that other members may claim expertise or status (legal, medical, etc) that they do not, in fact, possess, and use discretion in following their advice. If you have any queries or concerns or require any further professional advice about any of the information or opinions appearing on our Community Forums, you should consult your doctor or health care provider or qualified professional.
11. You must be at least 13 years of age to register and contribute to the community. Users under 13 can browse the community, however will be unable to register or post content.
The opinions expressed on the KOTEX® Community are the opinions of the participants and not those of Kimberly-Clark. Kimberly-Clark does not endorse, support or guarantee the accuracy of the information, facts or opinions appearing on the Forum.
All content that appear on the KOTEX® Community will be monitored, automatically cross referenced and approved by Kimberly-Clark. Any content which contains inappropriate or offensive words will be automatically flagged for moderation. The KOTEX® Community is moderated by Kimberly-Clark. Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or opinions which it, in its sole discretion, considers objectionable, unlawful or in violation of any conditions of use.
You also expressly acknowledge and agree that: KOTEX® Community is a means of public and not private communications; and any material or information posted may be reproduced or archived in any manner that Kimberly-Clark considers appropriate.
