school spirit? in michaela's blog

okay so i'm constantly being accused of not having this so called "school spirit". they base this accusation on two factors: a) i don't go to football games, and b) i don't wear school colors on game day. this makes no sense to me. so what if i don't like football? i think it's totally ridiculous that as much as my school has to offer, football is the only thing people care about. i am an active member of the thesbian society at my school. i spend most of my weekends doing something for our drama department. whether it's a work call, rehersal, performance, or whatever. i attend every thesbian meeting and my mother is at every booster club meeting. my mother volunteered to be in charge of... more >
